We couldn't be happier with the experience of building our first family home with WA Building Company. From start to finish, Mr. Hasib and Olivia were absolutely outstanding. Their professionalism and calm demeanor made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We were thrilled to see our slab go down on June, 2023 and receive our keys on July 2024 which is pretty impressive given the current post pandemic situation and inflation situation. WA Building Company has demonstrated exceptional skill and dedication in every aspect of the build. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to build their dream home. We had the pleasure of dealing with Jaccob Williams while looking for a house and land package, very tough times at the moment to find a reasonable priced land in the area we want but Jaccob managed to find the perfect block and provide us a great house design to put on it. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend!

James not only provided insightful knowledge of what is needed for us who reside in Auckland but was always patient and extremely friendly. We have just finished building our house with WA Building Company and we couldnt be happier. From the moment we spoke to our broker to the time it was finished (3mths ahead of schedule) we have had an amazing experience with them. The staff have been nothing but amazing. We where updated on the portal and if we had any concerns they were addressed. We left them to do what was needed rather then contacting them every 5 mins and if there was any issues on their side they contacted us. So putting it out there, if you are building be patient. This isn't a fast process and dont think that it will be done before the time you are given because things happen sadly and sometimes things aren't available so things need to be changed. I get you want your home but treat the staff like crap wont change things. Remember to give them a hello or good morning because they are human also and you dont have that right to treat them so horrible. Thank you WA Building Company for the amazing house that you have all worked hard for us to get into. We will be having our first Christmas this year 2025 in it and we cant be anymore happier ❤️

Building our first home was such a big milestone for us, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, our sales consultant, Jacob was incredibly supportive. As first home buyers, we had so many questions, and they took the time to explain everything clearly and never made us feel overwhelmed.
